Meet Our Team

Peter started in the pediatric home care industry when he was 13 years old.  His early days were spent securing a parental ride to work, filing papers, and learning financial processes from Amy.  As an adult, Peter worked in every department but primarily trained with Kevin O’Malley on business administration.  As Peter likes to say he “plays the orchestra”.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys spending time with his daughter, and is a sucker for Dateline episodes.  He maintains an active faith life.

Amy is what you might call a jack of all trades, but she excels in creative solutions to individual family problems, and managing finance.  Amy joined Pediatech in 2017, just before the change in ownership.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and leading the music program at her church.

Linda joined Pediatech in 2014, and is pictured above with her husband, Scott.  Although we will soon be separating the roles, Linda handles the bulk of HR because it goes hand in glove with staffing.  She is often the first manager on the field, and the last one off.  She also acts as a co-office manager to Nancy.  Linda can be thought of as the “office Mom”, and time after time proves through her actions that her dedication to the agency, and more importantly the patients, is second to none.  

At Pediatech, we hope that the Pediatech Nursing clinical relationship with Dr. Christina Mikesell of CRCCS emphasizes and demonstrates our commitment to providing care of the highest quality, and informed by the finest minds.  Dr. Mikesell is not an employee of Pediatech, but functions at the highest clinical level as the organization’s Medical Director. As Medical Director, Dr. Mikesell provides unmatched clinical expertise and consults with organizational clinicians on a range of topics.  Specifically, Dr. Mikesell provides guidance on complex cases and case issues, facilitates complex medical decision making, participates in medical policy making and medical procedure review and approval, and functions as the ultimate overarching Medical expert available to the clinicians responsible for your child’s care.  We find it comforting to know that this level of experience and expertise is there to support our clinical and leadership teams when necessary. Pediatech recognizes the importance of having an experienced, ELITE physician in this role, and Dr Mikesell fits the role perfectly.  She is a top Pediatric Pulmonologist at Children’s Respiratory and Critical Care Specialists.  She is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonology.  She completed her residency in Pediatrics and her fellowship specializing in Pediatric Pulmonology at the University of Minnesota.  We feel humbled and proud to have Dr. Mikesell as Medical Director and as a member of Pediatech’s Professional Advisory Board.  During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons at their home in Eagan.  Fun Fact: She not only excels in medicine, but was a Division I Volleyball athlete during her undergraduate college years. 

Pediatech is blessed and grateful to have a physician at her level functioning in the role of Medical Director.

It could be tempting to describe Nancy as working in reception, but that would be a disservice.  Like a great piece of software, Nancy remembers and tracks all the administrative tasks that must get done daily, weekly, and monthly.  Nancy is a born leader, and works hard to ensure we have a productive office.  In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with friends, being with her adult son, and running her own retail business.
